1. Payment and Download Process

  • Download Availability:
    Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive immediate access to download the purchased digital files. The download link will be provided once the payment is verified and processed by our system.

2. Technical Errors and Download Failures

  • Error During Payment:
    In the event that a technical error occurs during the payment process and the Buyer’s payment is processed despite the error, the Buyer is responsible for verifying the successful completion of the transaction. It is important to note that the Company’s servers and systems are maintained to ensure proper functionality at all times.
  • Download Failures:
    If, after a successful payment, the Buyer is unable to download the digital files, such failure is deemed to be due to issues on the Buyer’s end—such as system incompatibility, network errors, or incorrect usage of the download process—unless it is conclusively determined that a fault exists within the Company’s operational systems.
  • Notification Requirement:
    Should the Buyer encounter any issues with downloading the purchased files, they must contact our support team immediately within 7 day of the purchase. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, no refund will be provided if the Company’s servers and systems are confirmed to be functioning properly.

3. No Refunds

  • Finality of Payment:
    All transactions for digital products are final. Once a payment is successfully processed and the digital files are delivered for download, the purchase is non-refundable.
  • Acceptance of Risk:
    By completing the payment, the Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and understood this No Refund Policy and agree to assume all risks associated with the purchase.
